THE PROCESS — STEP BY STEP

Step 1
KICKOFF CALL (Week 1)
A 60-minute session where we learn everything: your ideal client, the professionals you want to connect with, your brand voice, and the topics you're most passionate about. We also audit your LinkedIn profile and recommend positioning changes.
What you do: Show up and answer questions honestly.
What we do: Listen, learn, and build the strategy.
Step 2
COI MAPPING & STRATEGY (Week 1)
We map your content topics to the ideal guest types, the professionals whose expertise makes great content, and whose referral relationship grows your practice. You'll receive a spreadsheet showing every topic, the ideal guest persona, the interview angle, and a column to mark which contacts you already have.
What you do: Review the map and highlight your existing contacts.
What we do: Research, strategy, and guest prioritization.
Step 3
FIRST BRIEFS & SCRIPTS DELIVERED (Week 2)
We deliver your first interview briefs, researched prep documents with SEO topics, guest background, talking points, and the content angle. We also write your hook and outro scripts for batch recording.
What you do: Review the briefs and reach out to your first guests.
What we do: Research, write, and deliver everything you need to start.
Step 4
YOU RECORD (Weeks 2-3)
You hop on Zoom with your guest for a 30-45-minute conversation using our brief as a guide. It's not a performance, it's a conversation between two professionals. You also batch-record your hooks and outros on your phone or webcam using our scripts (about 15-20 minutes per month).
What you do: Talk. Be yourself. Follow the brief loosely.
What we do: We're available before and after for coaching and support
Step 5
WE PRODUCE (5-7 Days After Recording)
Our production team takes the raw interview and turns it into polished content: 1 YouTube SEO video with your hook and outro spliced in, 4-5 short-form reels formatted for every platform, a custom thumbnail, and full SEO optimization on titles, descriptions, and tags.
What you do: Nothing, we handle it.
What we do: Edit, design, optimize, and deliver via a shared folder
Step 6
YOU POST & WE REVIEW (Week 4)
You review the finished content, approve it, and post to your channels. You tag your guest, write a caption (or we write it for you if you're on that tier), and the content goes live. Your guest shares it with their audience. You follow up to deepen the relationship.
What you do: Review, post, tag, follow up.
What we do: Support, review performance, and plan the next month.

You show up, have great conversations, and spend a few minutes reviewing what we produce. We handle the research, the briefs, the editing, the thumbnails, the SEO, and the strategy. Your only job is to be yourself on camera and maintain the relationships we help you build.
